Prior to Ms. Seney, my son -7th grade- said math was boring. He didn't always get it, and when he did get it, it didn't necessarily stick. Fast forward to just 10 weeks. My son went from being below grade level in math to finishing the entire Pre-Algebra curriculum, as well as some Algebra 1. The school year is not over; It's not even spring time yet. When I asked my son what he thought of Ms. Seney he said with a smile, "She's fun." As a mom it warms my heart. We were shocked to see his class had ended already-- Sure, we only signed up for a few weeks, but time flew. We are eagerly awaiting her to open up more sessions. […] Please, Ms. Seney, keep a slot open for my son til further notice. I'll be signing my younger one up too!!

Ms. Seney is amazing at explaining basic math concepts and using them to create more of an ease into harder ones.
BEST math teacher ever. I’m not kidding. My child looks forward to class, even when working on tricky formulas. And there’s this gentle understanding that they’ll be inspired instead of judged. This educator is upbeat, responsive with parents, intuitive, and incredibly intelligent.
This has been an excellent class and structure for my HS student. Ms. Seney does a wonderful job tailoring each session for the individual learner, and has boosted my daughter's confidence level.

This has been the best math class! My daughter has taken multiple sessions and will continue as long as she is in math. This instructor has a way of making hard concepts understandable. She is encouraging, informative and fully engaged in her class.
Elizabeth is a great teacher, flexible and communicates well with the student and with the parent. My son was able to go at his pace and since he likes math, not be stuck once he understood the concept, but move forward like he wants to.
My daughter really loves this class. She doesn't dread math like before. I don't know how Ms. Seney does it, but her curriculum really helped my daughter get caught up and even ahead in math.

My daughter has a lot of apprehension when it comes to math. This class was a perfect fit for her. She received individual help and a course load that was manageable.
Our son who has been struggling in Math found this course extremely helpful. It has also been a good lesson for him in executive function and being responsible for his own work. He mentioned really liking how his teacher was able to spend individual time with each student to help them understand the concepts more even though each student might have been working on something different than him. I found this to be really good feedback as sometimes online classes have not figured out the best way to accomplish meeting the individual needs of students. All in all, this has been a wonderful experience and we plan to continue more classes (as soon as we can get our schedule figured out!)

Homeschooling through high school offers so many challenges, Elizabeth’s classes have been a life saver for us. Elizabeth is a great teacher and she really understands how to meet a student where they are, keep their individual needs and goals in mind, and progress them organically through needed material. I am confident I am graduating my son in a way that he is well prepared and knowledgeable because he has spent three years taking Elizabeth's classes. We highly recommend her.
